I am facing an issue with the workflow in D365 Finance & Operation that I Created on GL and submit for approval. once it approved now not able to Recall or Reject or any action to open that GL. the screenshot is attached. even it not showing the work Item status also.
2nd Issue is Two batches are approved and posted also but still it shows stuck in the workflow history. the message shows (Stopped (error): The workflow event record ID reference: 0 does not refer to an existing journal)

Please you should try this on the UAT environment.
You can refresh the PROD DB to the UAT and have this tested before applying to PROD.
Ah ok.
So, Journal had been approved and posted. But when you come back say, to view the journal details you get this error.
Here is what I am suggesting, write a custom script to update the journal workflow status back to draft, this should allow you view the journal details.
Then you can submit the journal back to an auto-approval workflow to bring it back to approved status.
