It is quite easy to do that, the SysExcel* classes are using the methods implemented in the Excel API/SDK. You can follow the blog articles to generate the file.

You may do something like this if you want to start Excel:

    community.dynamics.com/.../157961

And then the Workbook has an open method, with which you can load documents into Excel.

If by reports you mean you would generate the content yourself from code, then it is a matter of programming it using the SysExcel* framework classes, and you could then populate the "reports" into separate worksheets for example. If you use Google, you can find a lot of examples online on how to generate Excel content from AX.

If you have meant printing an SSRS report that you would save as Excel, that is not possible, SSRS does not support saving multiple reports into the same document. What you could do instead is to save them to separate Excel sheets, and then with a press of a button or a periodic functionality you could write your own code in AX again using the SysExcel* framework, and combine them into a single document on multiple worksheets.
