CRM 4 for Outlook (Citrix) Memory Hog.

My users are all Citrix 4 based and use CRM 4 and Outlook 2007.   They get the entire desktop and all their apps via Citrix.   When someone launches CRM from inside of Outlook (using the buttons) the "Microsoft.Crm.Application.Hoster.exe "  immediately grabs a large amount of ram (around 100 mb) and progressively grabs more and more throughout the afternoon.   It never seems to release the ram.   I’ve seen it using 336 megs of ram.   This seems excessive to me and we are not ready to handle this on a mass scale.    This looks like there may be a memory leak but I can't tell for sure yet.   I've just begun to research it.   Is this normal behavior for this outlook plug-in?  Have any of you noticed this problem or have found a way to address this?

I have the same problem with all of my users, this microsoft.crm.application.hoster.exe in the processes takes more memory then outlook 2007 itself.  Have you heard anything new on this?  Does not seem right...Really ties up the logon process in the morning, in fact everyone is so ticked off with XP that they just log off in the evenings and leave their PC's on which seems to be the only solution instead of waiting up to 7 minutes for your PC to really become useable.

I have Citrix memory optomization running and we've had to throw additional hardware at the problem.   We use 2003 enterprise with the PAE switch on to try and get some additional ram introduced.   But that never REALLY gives you what you would expect.

I've met with MS several times and the app is working as intended.   Everyone thinking of using this in Citrix should be aware of this.
