[Dynamics 365] Process button is missing on top menu bar in the opportunity form

Hi, I notice that the "Process" button is missing from top menu bar in Opportunity form, I have some research but couldn't find the solution to give that back, even used Ribbon Workbench tool.

I'm using the Command checker tool and found the solution name that hidden the button, but cannot find the solution in Settings -> Solutions. I guess that because it's Microsoft solution

Any ideas for my issue? Thank you.

We had a similar issue and in the end gave up trying to fix it and created a new button using Ribbon Workbench. We found the details for the button from another Ribbon that still contained the button and copied that and all worked fine.
