Your user account may be locked in back end because you may entered wrong password many times. Login into GP as "sa" user and reset the password and try again.
The password is not locked , I have changed the password and Forced user to change it on next login.
Open GP with sa. In user setup window, clear the "Enforce Password Policy" and reset the password . After successfully logged in first time. Log off GP and login with sa user reset password again with mark the option "Enforce Password Policy".
We have faced this is few month ago and we did the above setups then everything worked for us.
Note: The should not be same as old/history one.

Hi, what if the Visual basic editor is disabled? what is the possible ways to make the Receiving transactions typed disabled and make the default selection is Shipment.
