payroll accruals

After we upgraded to GP2013, my accruals quit working in payroll. I see a menu item under payroll transactions called "Payroll Accruals", but I cannot find any documentation on this and there is apparently nothing in the payroll manual. When I click on it, I get the message "This module has not been installed".... Does anyone know anything about this new feature? (If it is).
