getting issue with dynamic crm api .

Hello , 

when i am trying to login to dymanic crm 365 via "login.microsoftonline.com/.../token" api i am getting this error 

{\"error\":\"invalid_grant\",\"error_description\":\"AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID /"} . 

This case is happening with my clients account whereas , i am able to login with same api in my account . What I am missing in Clients case 

?
