Mass Import Users to User Groups

Hi,
 
Anyone know an import template/function to import users in to user groups?
 
Example I have 10 different users that need to go into 10 different groups. Without having to do one by one is there a template/import function

    There are two entities that you can make use of.
     
    User groups : for user groups
    User group user list: to manage the users inside the groups.
