What are the permissions/privileges required for getting outlook reminders for appointments created in CRM ? This is working if the user has system admin access but not otherwise .

This question is difficult to answer without seeing the role you are trying to make.
In general tab you have the Activity entity.
In Business Management, there is a role called Outlook Synchronization.
Make sure those are good to start.
I have already enabled those , i don't know what else i am missing . I just want the appointments to be synced with outlook so that users get an outlook reminder .
Giving permission to Calendar resolved this
