I have created one work flow which automatically triggering mail but it's not going from user id it's automatically triggering from default id how can i fix this.

Hi raj,
You should set the sender by selecting the dynamic value from the Form Assistance selection list.
Also, have in mind that in the workflow you need to set Scopeto organization and not specific user in order to work as needed.
No i have configured with outlook.
Have you done with Email Router Config.?

How do you configure the workflow? Do you set the sender as a particular user? or dynamic value (e.g: current user)?
