Hello,
We are having difficulty changing the registration keys.
We received new valid ID’s from the client and when we try to change them in the Tools/setup/system/registration.
When we try and change the key it keeps coming up with
“The registration Keys you have entered are invalid” and defaults back to the original old GP 9 registration numbers.
Any thoughts on how to resolve this challenging issue?

Are you 100% sure you have V10.0 keys? Could they be V9.0 keys you're trying to use?
BTW this is Version 10.0 we are trying to change
