PO workflow

I am attempting to create workflow where the submitter is also and approver in the flow which has spending limits. I do not want the submitter to approve his/her own PO I need it to go to a specific individual every time. Is that possible?

    Maybe check if this parameter helps:
    System Administration - Setup - Workflow - Workflow parameters and tick the checkbox "disallow approval by submitter"

    In addition to Layan's advice, you should use a user group on the workflow setup. That way, the work item would go to other users and the submitter, and configuring the completion policy would make the approval process skip the submitter.
