Current month demand forecast not visible in net requirements

Have migrated form AX2009 to AX2012. In AX2009 the demand forecast would stay visible in net requirements until the end of the month or the demand forecast was exhausted by sales orders. However, in AX2012 the current month demand forecast is not visible in net requirements. For example, current month is May & the first demand forecast in net requirements is June. Please advise if something is not set correctly in the parameters or this is a design change in AX2012. Cheers
