I have a voided payment appearing as a positive # in bank rec. The original trx posted in August and the void date and void posting date is also in August.

Hello Theresa,
A voided payment would show up in bank rec in order to back out the transaction that you are voiding. The only time you should expect to see a negative amount listed is when you have reconciled, otherwise everything is going to operate under a positive debit or positive credit system.
