Shared Mailbox - Does it require a CRM License?

When making a Queue Mailbox for CRM via a shared mailbox, does the shared mailbox require a CRM License? I understand it doesnt need an Exchange license. But does it need a CRM license?

    Hi,

    No - a shared mailbox doesn't need a CRM license provided it is setup as a Queue.
