Job Costing - Transaction List Setup

In setting up a Transaction list, would ‘A/P Trx’ not include ‘Purchasing Invoice’ and ‘Receivings Trx’? If you create a purchase order for a component and then receive it, does that not constitute as an accounts payable transaction?

 

Similarly, would A/R Trx not include the Sales Orders? I want to ensure that I do not duplicate or double book transactions.
