Is it possible to have multiple PO workflows and have the Purchase order logic choose the most one appropriate to run. E.g - You have Admin PO Workflow, Maintenance PO workflow and Engineering PO Workflow created and You create an Admin workflow while Maintenance workflow is set at the default. How do i design this logic such that the Admin workflow is routes appropriately? This is in AX2012 R3

Hello Ronald,
Only one workflow version can be active at a time.
However, inside of the workflow you can define different branches for admin, PO, engineering that will be processed based on conditions that you can define.
I.e. you will have one 'big' workflow with a couple of conditions specified that determine which workflow branch to follow.
