Customer would like the function keys changed so the most popular ones they use are always listed by default on POS

They would like the Shift F11 (reprint) and the Cntrl F4 (return) to show on POS home screen

Changing function keys is not possible other than disabling selected keys with a security level.

If the customer has Feature Pack 2 installed you can create a POS Task Pad that includes only the desired functions. Next enable that task pad as the default by register or cashier. Then disable function keys display in POS using Ctrl-F6 Screen, Transaction Screen.

There is a pretty detailed explanation on Function Keys and additionally creating Custom Function keys Ken, within Store Operations Manager.

Please open the help tab/click content/ search: Function Keys. I hope this helps.
