Stock Count on UOFM

Posted on by 1,500

Hi All,

I have GP 2016 R2. I have one item name Bottle. Bottles are in different capacity (S 250 ml, M 500 ml, R 1000 ml, L 1500 Ml). I have created new unit of measure and my base unit of Measure is ML having quantity 1 and defined all possible combination stated above..  I created PO having bottle  with different unit of measure and quantity. After receiving, I have checked my stock count inquiry window, but here system is showing quantity in ML. System is converting all units into base units. if I select different UofM in stock count window, system is converting all quantities in selected UofM.

I want a report to show balance quantity as per unit of measure and not in Base unit always. Is there any possibility in system to get the report to show that this quantity is remaining for S or M bottle etc.

    Hi,

As you know, all inventory reports are printed in the base unit of measure. The only way I know of is to create a custom report of some kind.
