Dear All,

Server : Windows Server 2012 R2

Firewall settings OFF

Hyper V : Configure VM for D3FO with external switch. Internet is working fine.

O365 : 1 month trail period (Create new account)

Once login in to VM , gave O365 account to Admin user provisioning. That is successfully done.

Then go to IIS > Sites > AOS service > Manage > Browse

It's asking for User name and password. I provided O365 account and password, Then it's gave me an error "

There is a problem with Server

Sorry, the server has encountered an error. It is either not available or it can't respond at this time. Please contact your system administrator"

Please let me know how to resolve this error.

Please give me more shed on this.

Thanks!

Arpan Sen

May I ask you again to provide more descriptive titles for your threads? "Error in VM" is pretty vague. Also, you don't have to include AX version in the title - you already select it below the body of your questions and it's then displayed as a tag.

Look at IIS event logs; you should find more details there. Failed Request Tracing is another option.

Well, maybe there is a chance to randomly fix the problem, but finding out what's wrong before trying to fix it sounds like a much better strategy to me.

    Hi Martin,

i don't have much knowledge in IIS. So, i don't understand whether is problem with IIS or others. Can you please hint me particular area whether to check?

@ If any one solved this kind of issue , can you please send me the details.

Please give me more shed on this.

    Thanks!

As I said, look into event logs. Logs for Dynamics 365 for Operations are under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Dynamics.

I already gave you a link to the documentation about Failed Request Tracing.

The path did it for me:

IIS Manager -> on the left "Sites" -> AOS Service -> Manage Website -> Restart

    Hello,

When I want to get into the program (d365ForFiAndOp), it gives me a mistake

Sorry, the server has encountered an error. It is either not available or it can't respond at this time. Please contact your system administrator.

    500 Error

Any suggestions. Given that everything worked!

    1) Like stated above, please check that IIS is running and AOS website on IIS is running. Try to restart them. Does this help?

    2) If not, please try to build all packages in Visual Studio. Does this help?

Do both procedures. But without success.

    Any other options?
