All the Customer Credit limit field in the customer form (credit and collections fast tab of the customer form) is grayed out and unavailable.

By the Meaning of Nitin Verma, you have to change Properties from Development Env.
Go to Development Env, open Database > Goto Page > Select Card page of Customer > design > find & Select Feild in page > Properties > Editable = Yes
Sometimes the whole group Part is also Non Editable.
Try to make that field set as Editable = Yes.
