Hi,

so we are testing right now a lot with the Real-Time Journeys. Now we have one that has 165 System Failure, but we cant click on it to see what is the reason it failed and the records that have failed.

Is it somehow possible to view that?

Hi,

you could check the Power Automate in the backend to find out more about the failures. For every journey there is a Power Automate created and there you can also see the Runs and the failures and successes.
