Can't login to a specific environment using plugin reg tool

I'm using plugin registration tool and suddenly  can't logon to my qacrm server, I can connect  to my dev environment with no problem.
I can connect to the same rdp and the same server with other credentials so the version of xrmtoolbox is not the problem, I guess something in my permissions has changed... but not sure.. how can I deal with that issue

that's the msg :

The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.

    Hi,

Check the version of your Dev & QA organizations. If these are different version then you need different tools to connect. i.e. v8.2 and before 7 V9 and later.

    Hope this helps.
