
Smartlist window totally not working after clicking it, previously no problem with this. Switch to other user will be no problem at same computer. Please help & thanks a lot.

I have the same question (0)Whenever this has happened to me, I've modified a setting in the SY01402 table in the Dynamics database. Open the table and look for the value 96 in the syDefaultType column. Copy the value in the SYUSERDEFSTR column from a user for whom SmartList is working to the user id for whom it is not working. The setting in my file is TRUE~386~930~1~1~177~
I think that may solve the problem for you.
