Error ! "Incorrect setup of dimension groups"

Hi All !

I have a problem when i add a field in InventDim table and put this field in Group field. 

When i put this Group field on Grid and i look a error "Incorrect setup of dimension groups"

Please, help me a solution for this problem

    Hi,

    Which group field that you put the field into? I believe add the field to the group cause the error. This validation is standard validation to check all the fields in the group whether they are correctly setup or not. Please remove the field from group you can add it to the grid even though it's not part of the field group.

    Thanks David Gunawam ! In my Grid have datasource name is InventJournalTrans, and i want to use Group field use Datasource name is InventDim. I cannot remove field in group because i need it in Grid.

    Is there any reason you need the field group in the grip? You still can add the field into the grid without field group.

    Some option for you,

    1. You can create a new field group and copy the elements from the standard field group.

    2. You need to debug by double click the infolog. From there, you will know what is the missing setup.
