Error in Unified Service Desk after CRM upgrade from 2015 to dynamics365(8.2) on-Premise

Recently I upgraded Dynamics CRM2015 to dynamics365 version8.2 on-premise.

After upgrade I am getting error on saveandclose button in USD. I am calling action to close current session/active tab on saveandclose. Now I am getting error "one or more exception occurred while firing the topic 'topic://RequestActionEvent'".
