i get following error on ADFS when i try to login into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Version 8.2.1.176:
Exception details:
Microsoft.IdentityServer.Web.InvalidRequestException: MSIS7042: The same client browser session has made '6' requests in the last '10' seconds. Contact your administrator for details.
at Microsoft.IdentityServer.Web.Protocols.PassiveProtocolHandler.UpdateLoopDetectionCookie(WrappedHttpListenerContext context)
at Microsoft.IdentityServer.Web.Protocols.WSFederation.WSFederationProtocolHandler.SendSignInResponse(WSFederationContext context, MSISSignInResponse response)

The ADFS Server is a Windows Server 2012 R2 with ADFS Version 3.0.
The Testsystem of CRM is working. We do no Updates on the Server or Something.
I Try to repair the CRM Server, but the same error.

I have the same question (0)If ound the Problem, I doing a CRM Trace and get the Error:
Failed to log the audit record into the database The transaction log for database 'CRM_MSCRM' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'
On the SQL Server was the HardDisk full. I extendet this and now work´s the System Fine.
