I saw a dozen questions about this topic but they all seem dated, and I cannot find a solution that works in Dynamics 365. I need to remove some email attachments manually from Emails in CRM. There is an option on the email form where I can remove an attachment but it's not working. It just does nothing when I press the Remove button. Is this because the email is in status Sent? I cannot find a way how to change the status back to draft, neither through the user interface, not even through a workflow. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Ideally I need to do this without coding.
