Dear All,

I'm creating the following template in word for the quote entity.

my question is that if the tax is empty, i want the whole row to be hidden. and only display the total row.

is that possible?

Only basic capabilities are available - I would recommend using MSCRMAddons DocumentCorePack if you are looking for advanced document generation features including conditional hide/show/formatting. It also has a lot more features including adding generated documents to Emails / notes & Sharepoint plus eSignature integration etc.....
