Managing power automate workflows across multiple companies single environment

Hello,

Is it possible to centrally manage the power automate workflows for all companies (single environment)?

I.e. I have 70 companies which would all require document approval workflow via power automate. The default Power Automate Business central related components require to specify a company (mandatory field). This would mean setting up 70 workflows for a single type of approval? If a change is required, this must be done 70x times?

There must be a simpler way to achieve this. Any ideas how to deal with multiple companies, centrally managed?

There are some new coming here in the 2023 Release Wave 1 that might help you solve this issue.

If 70 companies are in the same tenant and you are using “For a selected record (V3)” trigger, it may be possible now. More details: https://yzhums.com/25646/

My understanding of the available videos is that every power automate component now requires 'company'. Did you see anything which could help the cross-company scenario?
