D365 custom Help Page cannot be edited

Hello,

I've followed the instruction on enabling the custom Help Pages in the D365 environment I'm customizing in and have successfully created a custom Help Page for the Product View, but on any other page I go to, the default blank Help Page appears and I can select the Edit option, but nothing happens. The page seems to refresh itself and I cannot create/edit a new Help Page.

I'm a Sys Admin on the environment.

What I've tried:

- cleared cache and cookies

- opened the environment in Edge Incognito mode

- tested this in 2 different unrelated environments. same behavior. The help pages I've created 1 week ago, work, but any other new Help Pages cannot be created. Each time I press Edit, the page refreshes.

Is this a bug or are my configurations somewhere wrong?

    Thank you very much for taking the time to reproduce the behavior.

    I've already opened a ticket with MS since posting this topic, as I've tested this multiple times and in multiple environments.

    Hi,

    I have tried to reproduce your issue and here are the results.

    When I open an app with an admin user and click the edit button directly, it will have the same problem as you describe.

    When I switch to the view of Account entity, the edit button can work normally.

    The entities that can make this work are not fixed, e.g. in the Sales app opening the view of the Contact/Lead entities, the Edit help page can be done, but not in the Marketing app.

    It seems to be a bug cause it is not explicitly mentioned in the official documentation.

    So it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
