Hi Guys,

Requirement-

I need to get the posted date in the remittance advice report.

I need to get that posted date in the Payment date column.

Please help me to solve this requirement.

Please try it:

select PostedDateTime from LedgerJournalTable where JournalNum = '00282';

Hi jenifer,

Isn't the remittance advice created at the time you generate the payment in the vendor invoice journal?

The journal can be posted later and; maybe a day or two later.

How is this handled in your company?

I see.

If this is the case then you cannot get the posting date included in the remittance advice as the remittance advice is created before the journal is posted.

Can you revert back to your colleagues and clarify again why and how they want to have that date value included in the report?

After the journal is posted, that posted date they need to display it in the remittance report

I solved the requirement by adding this code in the class extension.

select PostedDateTime from LedgerJournalTable where LedgerJournalTable.JournalNum == ledgerJournalTrans.JournalNum; tmpTable.PostedOn = LedgerJournalTable.PostedDateTime;
