We are on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 and are trying to setup the Approval Workflow to send a notification to the requester when his request has been approved
From the template, this is the default response for PO approval, so it removes the restriction and release the document, no notification is sent to requester.
If we try to add a response, the only one that makes sense is Create a notification for <User>. but we need to specify the recipient user ID which will change based on the document
How can we set it up to send a notificaiton to the requester?
