Set email attachment size to 0kb and now each user gets the below message after every email. Any idea where setting is to turn off this annoyance?

Thanks but we do not want attachments stored in CRM. We need to get rid of that alert message.
When you say below Error message what is that Error message actually?
Thanks,
Mohammad
Sorry I guess it didn't show above: "The message was saved as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM record without all of the original attachments. One or more attachments were blocked or invalid."
You will get this error message when you have exceed the Attachment size and the settings described above will take care of this error message. what is the requirement here , Could you please explain?
The requirement is to limit the amount of CRM storage space to necessary data and since Outlook stores the attachments we don't need that redundancy. The ideal solution is to turn off the Outlook CRM alert message referenced above.
I have done some offline research in my lab and found that this is by design there are some system settings which we can change to avoid the E-mail attachments tracking in to the CRM but that also do's not meets the actual requirement here you have. could you please post this suggestion to the connect site connect.microsoft.com/dynamicssuggestions

Done. Thanks for your help
Do you know why I cannot save an attachment when promoting an email from Outlook to CRM? We are on CRM 2011. The attachment is PDF. I even tried renaming it. The size is 13 MB. I increased the maximum file size in the System Settings to 20,480 KB, (20MB) and still getting the error "The message was saved as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Record without all of the original attachments. One or more attachments were blocked or invalid”. The original file size was set to 5,120KB (5 MB). One would think increasing the maximum file size would work. If anyone can answer this, I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks. Deb.
I'm on CRM 2011 and I'm the Administrator. Thanks!
