No Data in Report Attached with workflow approval mail for Purchase Requisition

Hello All,

I have configured PR approval workflow, approval and rejection through email  by configure service bus.

I have also configured to attach a report of PR to respective workflow email so that user can see item wise detail in attached report before approving or rejecting any requisition.  But the report which is coming through attachment is coming blank. Only design is coming  but data is not coming. Any Idea why its happening?

    Actually I am a functional Consultant and my technical friend not able to understand how he could achieve it. Can you elaborate it little functionally so that I can suggest my technical mate.
