Cannot create a record in Ledger journal table (LedgerJournalTable). Name: PDC, Posted Dated Cheque. The record already exists.

I check all the area... even I could' not find solution. I cleared number sequences .... no change.. can any one help???

Could you please check if there is a record name with "PDC, Posted Dated Cheque" in LedgerJournalTable from SQL server management studio

Hi,

The journal PDC seems already setup.

You cannot create a new journal with the same name.

If you want to setup a new journal use a different Id, such as PDC2 or something alike.

How I can clear this entries ? bcoz it is under note payable now. I have to make settle entry to bank.

This KB was released in CU11, please check if your AX version is higher than CU11
