How do I change the Status Reason on Opportunity Close in Sales Hub? What am I missing?

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone experienced something simillar and knows how to get this to work:


I am trying to change the options that appear when I select "Close
as lost" on the Opportunity view. There seems to be no easy way to do
it, so I followed a guide - it advised me to make the changes by going
into the classic view and altering it there (Advanced settings ->
customizations -> customize system -> Opportunity -> fields
-> status reason).

I think it looks correct? But after saving and publishing the changes I still cannot see the new option I have added:

Any idea why it doesn't work? Am I doing something wrong?

    In here? The settings for this seem to be greyed out.
     
    I do have "Customize close opportunity form" set to "Yes"

    There are two fields called Status Reason. I was trying to update the wrong thing. Had to add the custom names to "opportunitystatuscode" for Opportunity Close
