I've worked with CRM going back to 4.0 - Business Central experience about four years, and I've never even heard of the issue we're having.
We set up the link from BC prod to D365 prod - that sync works fine and in BC when you click Account under Synchronize, it opens the correct coupled Account in D365.
D365 to BC isn't working, and clicking Open in Business Central attempts to open in our Sandbox version of BC.
I've checked table mappings, dataverse connection, tested the connection, and records are coupled correctly....I've got nothing. I can't find anything online and it appears nobody has had this issue before. Any ideas before I nuke the whole thing and start over?
