Printing more Than 1 copy

I have a user that can only print 1 copy even after entering 2 for the amount of copies to print. I saw there was an older post from 2017 with no answers, Perhaps somebody has since seen this issue and had a resolution? Any help would be wonderful!

    Hello Tommy,

    Thank you for your post!  To start out on this, I have a few questions with regards to the issue.

    1. Does this issue occur for every report printed in Dynamics GP?
      1. If not, which reports does this issue occur with?
    2. Does this occur if you try a different printer?
      1. If the issue does not occur with a different printer, you may want to look into the drivers that you have
    3. Does this occur only for one Windows user, or just a specific Dynamics GP user?
      1. If you log into the same workstation with another user, does the issue occur?
    4. What is the version number listed under Help | About Microsoft Dynamics GP?

    Also, I wanted to ask if you are printing Word Template reports or if they are standard Report Writer reports.  Word Template reports need to be printed to screen and then printed to a printer if you would like to print more than one copy of the report.  If you are printing Word Template reports, I would like you to review the blog article linked below.

    Hi Tommy 

    I saw this issue when I wrote Named Printers for GP 3.0.

    Some printer drivers would ignore the number of copies when others don't.

    I recommend trying both drivers from Windows Update and from the printer manufacturer.
