COM Port Redirection in RDP to get scale weight locally

Test Environment: 2012 R2 server with RDP and Navision 2017.  I have configured and enabled com port redirection and am able to get scale weight through the remote session with Putty and HyperTerminal. The scale is a Mettler Toledo.

However, when using the Lanham getweight feature from within Navision 2017, it throws me an error saying that the COM PORT is in use.  Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix?
