How do these two APIs differ?

Hello experts!! 
I keep trying to get the working hours of a resource from a flow, 
I haven't succeeded yet but I have found these two APIs along the way msdyn_SearchResourceAvailability,
msdyn_RetrieveResourceAvailability 
I would like to know what the difference between the two is, summarizing what information each returns

as always thanks in advance!
