How to change List values for lookup field?
    Hi,
When you check list of one lookup field, the related entity(sales organization) Lookup View are displayed.
    For example:
In this form, there is one lookup field related to product.

So i need to customize the lookup view of the product entity.
--Settings > Customizations > Customize the system, and expand entities to find one you need.
Put the fields you want in the second column
    Save and Publish all customizations.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
