Hi All,
where i can find all the ports that needs to be open on all the server nodes for on premises deployment ?

Essentially, you only need port 443 open towards the IIS cluster in the end, unless you are talking about ports between the servers. If it's between the servers, then it is described in the NodeTopologyDefinition.xml file. However, those would normally be on an isolated backbone with no need for external access.
1- Download setup scripts from LCS
2- Unzip the files into a folder that is named infrastructure.
3- The infrastructure setup scripts use the configuration files to drive the setup.
infrastructure\D365FO-OP\NodeTopologyDefinition.xml describes the List of firewall ports to be opened.
