Error when closing an Opportunity

After clicking OK to close down an Opportunity the following error message pops up "An error has occurred. Please return to the home page and try again."

Refreshing the page does close the Opportunity. However, it's a bit of a nuisance having the message pop up and not automatically closing.

Note: This does not show every time when closing an Opportunity, only now and again, maybe for every 1 in 10.
