D365 Field service - mobile user can't log in

Hi everyone! my mobile user can't load the mobile FS client and gets a message "you're almost there" - what can be done to resolve this? would really appreciate your experience, thank you

Hi natb20,

Please check the following point:

1. The user are assigned the related license or not.

2. Check the user's security role.

If all above are correct, please try to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
