
We recently swapped out our Net Gear Firewall with a Meraki MS84 appliance. When testing a VPN connection, we can access the network, map network drives and RDC to the server hosting the NAV device. Unfortunately, the one thing we can't do via VPN is access NAV 2016. Upon launching the app via VPN, we receive the error: The network is currently not available. Repair the network and retry. I'm new to supporting both the Firewall and NAV, so any help would be very much appreciated. The laptop does connect to NAV fine, when onsite and "wired" into our network/

Since everything else seems to be fine with your network, and you mentioned Firewall, I suspect that's your issue. NAV uses an uncommon port, which will look something like 7046, when you open NAV and it can't connect. In your Firewall settings, unblock or add that port to allow NAV to use it.
