Thank you in advance for your help. No forum was able to answer my question so far.
I would like to assign a "sales associate" field to the Global Customer additional tab. There are several grey fields I cannot manipulate. I wouldn't even mind using a number if I had to, but so far all I can use is the "notes" field. All other fields are grey and unavailable.
How do I activate them?

Yes, I was able to label the field. However, I have not seen it transfer to global customers in HQ. How do I create a customer file in HQ or even at the store level and see the results and captioned field in HQ?
