Custom fields in Item Tracking lines

Hello!

I am adding a few custom fields to Item Tracking lines which should pick data from Inventory Receipts("Invt. Receipt Subform"). When I click on Item tracking lines it picks up data correctly and when I assign serial no. to it the custom fields data is copied to all the lines in tracking. However, when I close the page and reopen there is no data in my custom fields. I think that is because the source table is temporary.

Any fixes?

Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

More details would help, not sure what fields with added there.

Now you need to look to reservation entry table and to the code that created the reservation entries.

that tracing is saved on the reservation entry table.

    Thank you,

In fact, Item Tracking line page shows an information from Item Reservation table. So, you need to do more changes. Here you can find an idea what should be done: https://www.olofsimren.com/add-fields-to-the-item-tracking-lines/ It's for old version, but you can adapt it for your needs, I think.
