Dynamics Payment Services Setup

I have a customer that wants to setup their current Bank of America merchant account thru FirstData in RMS using Dynamics Payment Services.  My searches for setup and troubleshooting documentation have produced very little.

Is anyone aware of any documentation that is out there?

    setup the account on Tsys platform.

    If that was only an option.  Bank of America is terminating its relationship with TSYS and is setting firm dates for existing customers to be on FirstData.  No Exceptions!!!

    Yes.  That is the only option for the integrated payment platform.  

    But you could always go with a third party addin like, Birdgepay, Shift 4, or Paypros.  There are more available than just those three, I just use those as examples.
