Jong, Thank you for reaching out, you may want to try and access Azure Service forum. I had issues with service bus before on initial go live with license, did the remove and add back and that worked. But it was for sure something with the Azure service bus not the CRM plug in. Not sure that is the case here, just sharing experience.

    Hi.

I had exactly the same error on a Sandbox Environment and therefore opened a Service Case.

I got the following info by MS:

Final Status: Engineers have restarted the CRM services on impacted servers to restore organization access to effected customers. We sincerely apologize if this impacted you in any way. We will publish a post-incident report within 5 business days.

User Experience: Affected customers would have received an error messages while attempting to access CRM Online.

Customer Impact: Analysis indicates that impact is very limited with only a few customers reporting this issue.

Incident Start Time: October 15, 2015 at 3:00 AM UTC
Incident End Time: October 15, 2015 at 10:12 AM UTC

Preliminary Root Cause: An authentication certificate used to validate access to CRM organizations failed to load on some servers. This caused customers to receive an error while accessing their organization. A restart of the CRM services successfully reloaded the necessary certificates. This restored organization access to effected customers.

Next Steps: A post-incident report will be published within 5 business days.

    Best Regards, Remo
